Homelander’s gameplay trailer in Mortal Kombat 1 showcases his brutal Fatalities inspired by iconic moments from The Boys series. Fans have been eagerly anticipating his arrival in the game, set for June 4th. While the teaser trailers hinted at his Fatalities, this new trailer gives us a closer look at his moves, including using his laser vision to melt opponents’ heads. The voice actor for Homelander remains a mystery, with speculation pointing towards Chris Cox. The anticipation for this crossover continues to build as players gear up to unleash Homelander’s wrath in Mortal Kombat 1.
The trailer presents Homelander engaging in Kombat against Liu Kang, Kitana, and Sub-Zero. It also showcases Homelander’s superhuman abilities and fighting style, which include flying, shooting lasers from his eyes, delivering powerful punches and kicks, and performing a Fatality involving a plane. From the looks of it, seems like Homelander will play similarly to other characters who can fly or levitate, more so Nitara. It doesn’t look like he has too many eye catching specials but I’m sure we will see more in the coming days of what he can do!
